Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. Step 1 Place kettle grill body upside down as illustrated. Step 2 Slide all 3 legs with casters into leg supports. Align holes in lower leg with holes in leg supports. Do not tighten with #8 X 3/8” sheet metal screws until step 5. Step 3 Align bottom shelf/tank support with holes in the legs. Step 4 Insert wing bolts through holes in legs into bottom shelf/tank support. NOTE: When securing wing bolts, twist legs for proper alignment with bottom shelf/tank support. Step 5 Secure legs into leg sockets using three #8 X 3/8” sheet metal screws.
