Press and hold TIME SET/HOUR or TIME SET/MIN buttons combination for more than 0.5 seconds will make the digit Increase faster. ALARM OPERATION Before setting the alarm clock, make sure the clock is correctly set. ALARM CLOCK SETTING Press the button ALARM SET with HOUR SET or MIN SET will enter the alarm clock setting mode of hour or minute (“AL" and signs will stop flashing.) Press and hold ALARM SET/HOUR or ALARM SET/MIN buttons combination for more than 0.5 seconds will make the digit increase faster. ALARM ON/OFF FUNCTION Press the ALARM ON/OFF button to turn on/off the alarm function. ALARM MODE FUNCTION 1. In the alarm mode, you can select iPod/RADIO/AUX mode or BUZZER mode. 2. For BUZZER mode, the buzzer alarm sound will be heard. 3. For iPod/RADIO/AUX mode, the alarm sound will depend on the setting on iPod/AM/FM/AUX switch. 4. The alarm will turn off automatically after 1 hour. NOTE: 1. When using the alarm wake to IPod or AUX mode, please set your iPod or AUX source (e.g. MP3, CD player & etc.) to REPEAT ALL mode after turning off the alarm clock. 2. If you want to wake to a specific song, please select it on your iPod or external Player and select REPEAT ONE mode instead. 3. When selecting the AUX as the wake to setting and using a battery-powered external player as the source, you will need to make sure there is sufficient power to run the player beyond the desired wake-up/alarm time. We strongly recommend using an ac adaptor wherever possible. SNOOZE FUNCTION 1. When the alarm in active, pressing the SNOOZE button would pause the alarm for 5 minutes. 2- The SNOOZE function can be used repeatedly within the one hour alarm active interval. SLEEP TIMER OPERATION 1. Pressing the SLEEP button successively will change the sleep timer according to 90 > 60 >30 >10 and “SLP" appears on the display. Sleep timer starts after the SLEEP button is released for 2 seconds. 2. 1o cancel the sleep mode, press SLEEP button again. E7 NOTE: SLEEP TIMER can not be reviewed once it is set. RADIO OPERATION 1. Press POWER to switch on the unit. 2. Turn FUNCTION to select FM band or AM band. 3. Turn TUNER control to tune your favourite station. 4. Turn the VOLUME control to the desired listening level. Tip for the best reception 1o obtain the best AM reception, slightly rotate the unit until the best signal is received or place it near outdoor. 1o obtain the best FM reception, fully extend the FM antenna wire. NOTE: iPod can not be charged in RADIO mode. iPod CONTROL This unit includes three adaptors for iPod and iPod mini. Select a suitable adaptor for your iPod and fit it into the docking area. Your iPod can now be inserted into the docking connector. For other iPod models, please use the original iPod adaptor that come with the product. 1. Tune the FUNCTION to select iPod mode. 2. Insert the iPod into the unit. The unit is now ready for the iPod music playback. 3. You can operate the iPod by pressing its scroll/touch/click wheel. NOTE:To make sure that your iPod is working properly before docking into the unit, please refer to your iPod instruction mannal for the details. REMARK:YourlPod Can be charged during iPod FUNCTION MODE. LISTENING TO A NON-DOCKING iPod OR OTHER PORTABLE AUDIO DEVICES If you are using an iPod without a docking port or other MP3 player or other portable audio device,you can still play it on this system via AUX-IN Jack. Note: To use the AUX IN Jack, make sure no iPod is docked in the system. 1. Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cord(not included) into the headphone or Line out on your music device and the other end of the cord into the system AUX IN Jack,that located at the back of the unit. 2. Set the FUNCTION to AUX mode. 3. Turn on your music device and play your favourite music. 4. Rotate the VOLUME on the unit to adjust The unit volume.
