Press [SOURCE](PWR) to switch on the power. Press and hold [SOURCE](PWR) again for more than 1 second to switch off the power. When the power is turned off while the time is displayed, the clock mode remains on. When [DISP] is pressed, the system is turned off completely. Note: When the power is switched on for the first time, a demonstration appears on the display. To cancel this display, press [DISP]. When a CD is inserted with all the power connections performed, the unit power will be automatically turned on, CD loading begins and the CD is played.
