Contrary to the current fitting instructions, please ensure that you fit the Chariot baby seat to the Captain XL and Corsaire XL models as follows: Follow all steps up to (and inclusive of) section 1.2.1 of the fitting instructions Then guide the tensioning strap supplied through the lateral flaps that are at the bottom towards the front and pull it very tight. The tensioning strap and flaps should be positioned in front of the vertical frame tubes, when viewed from the inside of the transporter. Centre-fitting: Place the Chariot baby seat in the transporter. This should then give a distance of about 8 cm (3 inches) between the baby seat and the tensioning strap.
