Glossary ■ Deep Colour Video signals for which the colour depth of signals passing through an HDMI jack have been raised. The number of colours that could be expressed by 1 pixel was 24 bits (16,777,216 colours) with the current HDMI jack. However, the number of colours which can be expressed by 1 pixel will be 36 bits, etc., when the receiver corresponds to Deep Colour.
