Trace bottom portion of strike (section with 2 screw holes). Mortise this area ONLY - to depth of V»n Position strike, mark, drill and secure. FOR STANDARD DOOR APPLICATION - 1. Mount bolt at top of door following instructions above *1. 2. Position universal strike to align with bolt on upper door jamb as shown in illustration (B). Marie, drill and secure.
