See figure 4. 6. Assemble wheel support to cart with eight slotted head screws (J), lock washers (K) and hex nuts (L). See figure 4. Heads of screws go to the inside of cart and should be tightened at this time. 7. Position the tailgate reinforcement bracket (Z) over end of cart. See figure 5. 8. Start slotted screws (J) through bottom of cart (heads of screws to the inside of cart) and reinforcement bracket. Secure finger tight with hex nuts (L) and lock washers (K). See figure 5. 9. Position the tailgate guides (S) so that the holes line up with reinforcement bracket and cart body. Refer to tailgate guide detail in figure 5. 10. Secure with six hex bolts (F) lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). See figure 5. Place cart down, so that it rests on top flange, as shown in figure 6. Tighten bolts in center flanges, as stated in step 4. 12. Lift the cart up and stand on tailgate reinforcement bracket and proceed with assembly steps 13 through 21. See figure 7. 13. Assemble front panel to open end of cart body, using 1/4"x 1/2" (6 mmx12 mm) hex bolts (D), lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). Bolt heads to inside of cart. See figure 8. N.B. Do not assemble bolts in No. 1 or No. 2 holes when using optional stake sides kit (each side). See figure 8. 14. Assemble latch stand bracket using four 1/4"x5/8" (6 mmx 16 mm) hex bolts (E), lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). See figure 9. 15. Assemble two front top corner caps and two bolts in top flanges through tailgate reinforcement bracket using 1/4” x 1/2" (6x12 mm) hex bolts (D), lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). See figure 10. Leave out (2) bolts (latch stand bracket location) Fig. 8 16. Assemble axle and drawbar tongue to wheel support keeping open side of tongue facing down. Fasten axle to wheel support or axle brackets, using 1/4"x11/2" (6 x 40mm) long hex bolts (G) lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). See figure 11. CAUTION! It may be necessary to block cart in upright position to prevent tipping when installing wheels. 10 17. Assemble large diameter flat washer (B), wheel, another flat washer (B), cotter key (A) and hub cap (C) to each axle end. N.B. Position valve stem to outside when installing wheels on axle. See figure 12. 18. Assemble latch lock sub-assembly to draw bartongue using 1/4"x5/8 (6x16 mm) long hex bolt (E), lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I). See figure 13. 19. Assemble hitch bracket to drawbar tongue, using 3/8”x1" (10x25 mm) long hex bolts (M),lock washers (N) and hex nuts (O). See figure 14. 20. Lower the cart assembly to rest on wheels.
