Print on the test sheets until the character is printing properly. • Make sure that the page size setting matches the Printies™ Fabric paper size (8.5”x11”). • Remove all paper from the paper tray except for the single Printies™ Fabric sheet. • Make sure the Printies™ Fabric sheet is inserted all the way into the tray. When I print, my Printies™ character: • Looks faded / blurry • Has line streaks • Has smudges on it • Adjust the print quality setting on your printer (refer to your printer’s manual) to “High”, “Best” or “Fine”. • Replace ink cartridge(s) in order to maximize color vibrancy and print quality. • Run all printer cleaning utilities (i.e. clean print nozzle heads, fix printer alignment, bottom plate & roller cleaning). My Printies™ sheet jammed inside the printer. • Try to remove the paper by doing the following. Slowly pull the paper out, either from the paper feed tray or the output slot. If the paper tears and pieces remain inside the printer, turn the printer off, and open the print head cover to remove it. After removing, close the cover and turn the printer back on. • To avoid printer jams, do not print sheets that are curled, wrinkled, previously folded, or have bent corners. Remove all paper from the paper tray except for the single Printies™ Fabric sheet. My child was touching and playing with wet ink from a printed sheet. What can I do to protect him/her? • Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children. In case ink is accidentally licked from a printed Printies™ sheet, rinse out mouth. If irritation or discomfort occurs, obtain medical advice immediately. • In case ink gets in contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately. • Wash hands with soap and water after handling your Printies™ stuffed toy. Can I wash my Printies™ stuffed toy? • Do not wash or allow liquid to come into contact with the printed fabric. Since inkjet ink is water soluble, the ink will “blur” or “run” on the fabric. Always test a finished PRINTIES™ product for problems associated with use of ink or toner, including but not limited to, rubbing off or staining. Also, follow manufacturer instructions regarding proper use of ink or toner. PRINTIES™ is designed to be used to create items for display purposes only.
