Loosely stuff fish with cornbread mixture. Place on lightly greased nonstick foil on bake pan/drip pan. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place pan in Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven and close oven door. HOMEMADE DINNER BISCUITS 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. sugar . tsp. salt . cup vegetable shortening ./. cup milk In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening using pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in milk all at once. Shape into ball. On lightly floured surface knead several times and, using a rolling pin, roll out to .-inch thickness. Use biscuit cutter to cut into 2-inch rounds. Place on bake pan/drip pan of Black & Decker® InfraWave® Oven. Place pan in oven and close oven door.
