Световой индикатор при этом будет продолжать светиться. При срабатывании системы защиты следует немедленно нажать кнопку "Вкл."/"Выкл." (8), отключить тепловентилятор от сети. Следует убедиться в том, что передние и задние решетки не заблокированы, и ничто не препятствует движению воздушных потоков. Отключите прибор, дайте ему остыть в течении приблизительно 20 минут до повторного включения. Если через 20 минут прибор не включается, это может свидетельствовать о внутреннем повреждении нагревательного элемента или выходе из строя термопредохранителя. В этом случае Вам следует обратится в сервисный центр для ремонта тепловентилятора. • Функция автоматического отключения при опрокидывании позволяет автоматически отключить тепловентилятор при падении прибора или его перемещении. Не пытайтесь вносить изменения в этот важный элемент защиты прибора! • Индикатор мощности (18) показывает, что тепловентилятор включен и работает. Он продолжает светиться, даже если 16 ENGLISH On/Off • Be sure the heater on a flat and stable surface before plug in. Plug in to an AC outlet and then press the foot switch. The digits will be flash on LCD within few seconds and the room temp will be display on LCD. • Press the On/Fan button to start the heater on low power, continuous run on 23°C temp setting. The pilot light will light up. Continuous, Fan, Power and temperature icons are display on LCD. • Press the button again to turn the heater off. All light will be off. Temp is also shown in LCD. Mode: Set Power • Press the mode button to set the desired power (low, medium, high & fan only) • They are shown from the power icon in different power state. • The power will be alternatively changed from low, medium, high, fan only during each press. Mode: Set Temperature • It can be set the desired temperature by the comfort button. • Press the comfort button, then the set temp will appear and temperature icon is shown on LCD display. The default temp is 23°C. • Use the Up or Down arrows to set the desired temperature. (18 to 35°C, then frost watch). • Within few seconds, the room temperature will reappear after the desired temperature is set. • The heater will turned off shortly after the desired temperature is reached and the power light will still on. • The heater will turned back on at the previous setting when the room temp drops approximately 3°C below the desired temperature. • The temp control can be disabled if held down the button until the temperature icon disappear. The heater will be run continuously. • The set temp can be checked by pressing the button once. • For the frost watch features: After set to frost watch mode, the heater will remain off unless the temperature drops below (4°C). If this happens, frost watch will automatically cycle the heater on. 5 Vt-1741.qxd 07.06.04 9:26 Page 12 ENGLISH Mode: Set Timer • Press the timer button to set the operation time. • Press the timer button, then the set time in hour and min will appear and timer icon is shown on LCD display. The continuous icon will be off. (The default time is 0 and If no setting at this moment, the timer icon will be replaced by continuous icon within few seconds.) • Use the Up or Down arrows to set an operation time between 1 and 10 hours intervals. • Within few seconds, room temp will be reappear after the timer is set. • The timer icon will be still appear and the heater will turn off when the time runs out. All the previous setting will be cancelled. It will return to default setting during the next operation. • The timer can be disabled if held down the button until the timer icon disappear. Then the continuous icon will appear again. • The remain time can be checked by press the timer once. Mode: Oscillation • The oscillation feature functions in any power or mode setting. The oscillation icon will be appeared at the oscillation state. • Press the oscillation button to toggle this feature on and off. Mode: Remote Control • Two AG 13 or LR 44 buttons cells are required. • The remote control works the same as the corresponding buttons on the control panel. The control display on the heater will show the appropriate icons when the various functions are activated. Mode: Foot Switch • Press the Foot Pedal to ready for operation. The on/off button on control panel or remote control must be activated to start the heater. • Press the Foot Pedal to turn the heater off and there will be no display on LCD. SPECIAL FEATURES • This unit is equipped with a Safety Auto-Off, plus a safety Thermal Fuse. If the unit experiences excessive heat, the Safety Auto-Off will shut the unit off, and the POWER light will go on.
