Before cleaning your espresso/cappuccino maker, make sure the function knob is in the “OFF” position and the appliance has been disconnected from the wall outlet. 2. Fill the carafe with distilled vinegar and pour into the reservoir as you would with water. 3. Securely fasten the safety lid. 4. Attach empty coffee filter basket and holder. 5. Place carafe onto drip plate. 6. Plug the espresso/cappuccino maker into 120V AC electrical outlet. 7.
