IMPORTANT Serrez les vis graduellement tour a tour. ¦ RACCORDEMENT DU CABLE D’ACCELERATEUR 1. Enlever le capot du filtre a air. 2. Raccorder l’extremite du cable d’accelerateur dans sa fixation sur le dessus du carburateur. (SE2) ¦ RACCORDEMENT DES FILS ELECTRIQUES • Relier les fils electriques entre le moteur et la machine en faisant correspondre les couleurs de fils. ¦ MISE EN PLACE DE LA POIGNEE • Monter la poignee sur le bras de l'appareil et la positionner pour avoir une prise confortable et sure (SE3). (1) Environ 48cm ¦ MONTAJE DEL MOTOR (SE1) 1. Instale el motor en el eje de traccion de tal forma que la cabeza del cilindro y el interruptor de parada queden en el mismo lado. 2. Con los cuatro tornillos colocados, fije la conexion firmemente con una fuerza igual (par: 25 pulgadas por libra) (par: 2,8 N.m) (1) Perno (2) Interruptor de parada ADVERTENCIA No utilice nunca tornillos que no sean los especificados por el fabricante, de lo contrario el motor puede aflojarse, lo que puede provocar una situacion peligrosa. IMPORTANTE Ajuste los tornillos gradualmente por pasos. ¦ CONEXION DEL ALAMBRE DEL ACELERADOR 1. Retire la cubierta del filtro de aire. 2. Conecte el extremo del alambre del acelerador a la junta situada en la parte superior del carburador. (SE2) ¦ CONEXION DE LOS ALAMBRES DEL INTERRUPTOR • Conecte los alambres del interruptor entre el motor y la unidad principal. Paree los alambres del mismo color. ¦ INSTALACION DEL MANGO • Instale el mango en el tubo del eje y asegurelo en la posicion que le sea mas comoda. (SE3) (1) Aproximadamente 48cm 22 6. Set up English ¦ CUTTERCASE (SE4) The blade has very sharp edges. Be sure to use protective gloves whenever handling it. 1. Remove the fastening screw(long) and the lock screw(short) from the cuttercase. 2. While aligning the locking holes, install the cuttercase assembly to the shaft casing. 3. Align the locking holes and screw in the lock screw to the bottom by hand, then secure it with the wrench provided. Do not tighten up the lock screw with the holes out of alignment, or the cuttercase can be damaged. (1) Cuttercase (2) Locking holes If the locking screw is tightened up with the holes out of alignment, the cuttercase may be damaged. 4. Fasten the cuttercase fastening screw. ¦ BLADE GUARD Install the blade guard onto the shaft casing approx. 3cm away from the cuttercase. Fasten the clamp uniformly. Bien utiliser des gants de protection lors de sa manipulation. 1. Enlever la vis de serrage(longue) ainsi que la vis de verrouillage(courte) du porte-lame. 2. Tout en alignant les orifices de verrouillage, installer I'ensemble du porte-lame au protege-arbre. 3. Aligner les orifices de verrouillage et serrer la vis de verrouillage. Si la vis est serree avec les crifices non alignes, Ie porte-lame risque d'etre endommage. (1) Couvert de lame (2) Trous de verrouillage REMARQUE Si la vis de verrouillage est serree sans alignement avec les trous, le couvert de lame peut etre endommage. 4. Serrer la vis de serrage du porte-lame. ¦ PROTECTEUR DE LAME Installer la protecteur de lame sur le protege-arbre a environ 3cm de distance du porte-lame. Serrer la fixation uniformement. (SE5, SE6) ¦ CABEZAL DE CORTE (SE4) ADVERTENCIA Las cuchillas poseen bordes muy cortantes. Cuando tenga que manejarlas, emplee guantes protectores. 1. Extraiga el tornillo de sujecion(largo) y el tornillo de inmovilizacion(corto) del cabezal de corte. 2. Despues de alinear los orificios de inmovilizacion, instale el conjunto del cabezal de corte en el tubo del eje. 3. Alinee los orificios de inmovilizacion y apriete el tornillo de inmobilizacion. Si aprieta el tornillo con los orificios desalineados, es posible que dane el cabezal de corte. (1) Bastidor del cortador (cuter) (2) Orificios de bloqueo NOTA Si el tornillo de bloqueo se ajusta con los orificios fuera de alineacion, el bastidor del cortador puede resultar danado. 4. Apriete el tornillo de sujecion del cabezal de corte. ¦ PROTECTOR DE LA CUCHILLA Instale el protector de la cuchilla en el tubo del eje aproximadamente 3cm alejado del cabezal de corte. Apriete uniformemente la abrazadera. (SE5, SE6) 24 7. Fuel English • Gasoline is very flammable. Avoid smoking or bringing any flame or sparks near fuel. Select outdoor bare ground for fueling and move at least 3m (10ft) away from the fueling point before starting the engine. • The RedMax engines are lubricated by oil specially formulated for air-cooled 2-cycle gasoline engine use. If RedMax oil is not available, use an anti- oxidant added quality oil expressly labeled for air- cooled 2-cycle engine use.
