MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION Both the model number and serial number are located on the manufacturer’s plate located on the mainframe of the BedShaper® (See Photo 1-1). The number in the top box is the model number. The number in the bottom box is the serial number. Please use these numbers when ordering replacement parts or when obtaining maintenance assistance. Record these numbers in Table 1-1 for easy access.
