Turn unit "OFF" and unplug from outlet when finished using. Do not disassemble the unit until the motor comes to a complete stop. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO USE 1. Place the bowl in the stand. Press the dislocking zone if necessary until the bowl is put properly in place. 2. Mount the main unit onto the stand. (To remove the main unit procced in reverse). 3. Press the dislocking zone and turn the main unit with holder backwards. 4. Insert the beater/Dough Hooks. It may be necessary to turn the beaters or dough hooks a little while doing so. Turn the main unit back into a horizontal position. 6. Switch on and choose the desired speed. AFTER USE 1. Switch the mixer off. 2. Press the dislocking zone and turn the main unit with holder backwards. 3. Remove the bowl, press the ejector knob down, the beaters and dough hooks will eject automatically. CAUTION 1. After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use. 2. Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time. Highest speed of beaters/hooks is 800 rpm. 3. The mixer is factory lubricated and required no further lubrication. 4. Other than cleaning, no additional maintenance or servicing of this appliance is required.
