After 15 minutes of continuous work, please turn off the appliance, unplug and let it rest for at least 10 minutes to cool down the motor. • use reverse function only after the motor fully stops. • do not use latticed disk and/or cutting blade together with homemade kebab nozzles. • before operating make sure that bones, tendons, fat surpluses are removed out of the meat. • to avoid jams around screw, do not force to operate the appliance with excessive pressure when you push the food. • if some stuck item makes the blade and screw stop to spin, immediately turn off the appliance, unplug it and remove stuck item. • never grind hard food such as bones, nuts, etc. • never grind ginger and other food with hard fiber. • never touch moving parts of the appliance. • never feed the food into opening of working head by your fingers or kitchenware. Use special pusher. • never scrape off the food from the latticed disk while operating. • never remove or attach the meat chute, working head or locking ring when the motor is operating. • never immerse the appliance or power cord into water. • never use the appliance with wet hands. • never use the appliance in the wet places (bath, etc.). • never use the appliance on a damp surface/floor. • never let the appliance be unattended. • never use the appliance with an extension cord. • before the first operating make sure that the voltage in your wall outlet is the same as on the appliance’s rating label marked. • always unplug the appliance before assembling/disassembling or attachments changing. • always unplug the appliance before cleaning. • do not use any abrasive, chemical or alcohol-contained cleaners for cleaning the appliance. • never use the damaged appliance or appliance with damaged cord/ plug. • never use the appliance with the damaged wall outlet. • never use the appliance near or on the hot surfaces. • never let the cord hang over the edge of table or touch any hot surfaces. • use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer. • always unplug the appliance when it is not in use. • never let the children operate the appliance. • give a high attention when the appliance is being used near the children. • use only the appliance for it’s direct purpose. • never expose the appliance to fall down or to be kicked. • appliance repair must take place in authorized service center. Do not repair the appliance by yourself! • while using the appliance, please, observe the safety precautions. • incorrect operation and improper handing can lead to malfunction of the appliance and injuries to the user. • if the appliance has been used with infringement of guide’s instructions, the appliance’s guarantee would be canceled and consumer should repair the appliance by himself. BEFORE FIRST USAGE Remove the appliance from the package. Do not leave the packing (plastic bags, polystyrene etc.) within the reach of children since they could be dangerous. Wash all the parts (except motor housing) in soapy water and wipe dry. Wipe motor housing of the appliance with wet cloth. Note: never wash the motor housing. ASSEMBLING Before the first operating wash all the parts (except motor housing) in soapy water and wipe dry. Before assembling always unplug the appliance! Make sure the appliance is switched off before plugging in. 1. Place the working head onto the opening of the motor housing. Holding the working head with one hand, place the locking knob into the hole on the side of the motor housing and tighten it clockwise. 2. Insert the metal screw into the working head with the long end first by turning the metal screw slightly until it is set into the motor housing. 3. Place the cutting blade onto the metal screw as to fix it tightly. The cutting blade might be used only with one of the latticed disks. Note: meat will not be minced if the cutting blade is mounted in the wrong way. Correct Incorrect 4. Choose the required latticed disk and put it on the motor’s shaft that already has installed cutting blade on it. Put the lugs of latticed disk into slots of working head. Note: do not use latticed disk and/or cutting blade together with kebab nozzles. 5. Firmly screw the locking ring on working head. Do not overtight. Note: during the locking ring screwing make sure, that installed latticed disk is in the correct position (fitting protrusions are in the slots of working head). 6. After assembling has been finished, you can use the appliance. To disassemble the appliance, follow the above procedure in reverse direction. MAINTENANCE 1. Place the appliance on the solid and level surface. Make sure, that air openings at the bottom of the appliance are not blocked. 2. Wash the meat, then remove bones, tendons, fat surpluses. Cut into pieces a little smaller than the diameter of load hole in the working head. 3. Put dish, food container or other tableware under the working head. 4.
