For electrib start, remove negative wire frol battery [11\ Do not check for spark witg spark plug removed. Use Briggr & Stratton spark tester #19368 ENGINE OPERATION WARNINF When adding fuel: Turn engine off and let engine cool at least 2 minutes beford removing gas capFill fuel tank outdoors or in well-ventilated area. Fill tank to abous 1 inch below lowest portion of neck to allow for fuel expansionKeep gasoline away from sparks, open flames, pilot lights, heat+ and other ignition sources. WARNINF When starting engine: Remove all external equipment/engine loadsWait until spilled fuel is evaporated. Start engine outdoorsPull cord slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rapidly.
