Replace the top felt and wing nut. Place the cymbal arm into the mount furthest away to you at the front of the bass drum. You can now adjust the height and tighten. Place the drum seat (J) behind the drum set. (*Not included with model FD-514) Now grab the pair of drumsticks (L) and play. Have fun! Use the drum-tuning key (I) to make any small changes in tuning. Turning the tension rods to the right will raise the pitch of the drum. Turning the tension rods to the left will loosen or lower the pitch.
