. STOP Press to stop a disc during play. POWER INDICATOR Illuminates when the karaoke player is powered on. SOURCE Adjust to switch between OFF, CD+G, or LINE IN mode. VOLUME Turn to adjust the volume. ECHO Turn to adjust the echo. MIC 1 INPUT SKIP/SEARCH Press to skip between tracks on a loaded disc. Press and hold to fastforward or fast-rewind the current track on a loaded CD (this feature does not work with CD+G). CD DOOR LED DISPLAY REPEAT Press to repeat a single track or an entire disc. MICROPHONE VOLUME Turn to adjust the volume of audio amplified from the microphone. PLAY/PAUSE Press to play or pause a loaded CD. LIGHT Adjust to turn the LED light affect off or on. MIC 2 INPUT AVC Turn to adjust the automatic voice control (See page 9 for detailed information on AVC). Turn the dial to adjust the degree to which the Automatic Voice Control compensates for variations in volume. 1. Pull open the CD DooR. 2. Place a CD+G or CD into the CD compartment. 3. Close the CD DooR. Playing a Disc 1. Follow the instructions for Loading a Disc. 2. Adjust the soURCe switch to CD+G. 3. Press the PlAY/PAUse button to begin playing the loaded disc. Please note, the fast-forward and fast-rewind functions will not work for CD+G discs. Programming a Disc 1. Follow the instructions for Loading a Disc and Playing a Disc. 2. Press the PRoGRAM button. 3. Press the sKIP/seARCH buttons to select the track from the loaded disc you wish to play first. 4. Press the PRoGRAM button. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to program up to 20 tracks to play in a specified order. Composite Video output Connecting to a Television Requires an RCA video cable RCA audio/video cable included 1. Plug the included RCA audio/video cable into the CoMPosITe VIDeo oUTPUT and a composite video input on a television. 2. Adjust the television to the correct input setting. 3. When playing CD+G discs, the karaoke player will output written lyrics to the connected television. RCA Audio output Requires an RCA audio cable RCA audio/video cable included 1. Plug the included RCA audio/ video cable into the RCA AUDIo oUTPUT and a RCA audio input on a television or stereo system. 2. Adjust the television or stereo system to the correct input setting. 3. When playing CD, the karaoke player will output audio to the connected television or stereo system. 3.5mm Audio Input 3.5mm Audio Input and Microphone Requires a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) 1. Plug a 3.5mm audio cable into the 3.5MM AUDIo InPUT and an audio output/headphone jack on an MP3 player or other audio source. 2. Adjust the SOURCE switch to LINE IN. 3. Use the connected MP3 player or other audio source’s native controls to play audio through the connected karaoke player. Connecting a Microphone Requires a microphone (included) 1. Plug the microphone into the MIC 1 InPUT. 2. Adjust the power switch on the microphone to the ON position. 3. Use the MICRoPHone VolUMe dial to adjust the volume of audio amplified from the microphone.
