The PDS-2 is a special practice stand for the RP-2, which allows you to play the pad either sitting or standing, since the height and angle is readily adjustable. ....................PDS-2 .......................... PDS-2 ..................../.........RP-2 .......... Setup /.......... 1. First open the tripod and set the spread of the tripod appropriately. 1. .............. ......... 2. Attach the wing screw and washer in the order shown in the figure When shipped from the factory, the order of the wing screw and washer was the reverse of that shown here. Be sure to attach them in the order shown in the illustration at left. . 3. Attach the pad. Turn the pad until the screw is just about all the way in; then stop, and tighten the wing screw from underneath the stand. Do not forcefully try to turn the pad after the screw is already all the way in.
