[How to replace the battery] * Use a 6F22 9V DC battery (X) Push down the cover ol the battery housing at the bottom ol the unit, and remove it by sliding it outward @ Take out the exausted battery, and disconnect it from the snap cord. (5) Connect a new battery to the snap cord. (Be sure that the polarity is c.oriect ) © Replace the cover securely. ■ IMPORTANT NOTES • If the tuner is not to be used loi a long period of time, remove the battery from the battery housing to prevent the trouble caused by hatteiy leakage. ■ AC ADAPTOR (OPTION) • When the tuner is connected to a unit featuring a tuner output jack, noise may be heard from the unit. Please switch the tuner off when It is not being used For AC operation, be sure to use the BOSS AC Adaptor PSA-120, 220 or 240 depending on the voltage system in your country. Using any other adaptor may cause breakdown. ■ CONNECTION RADIO AND TELEVISION INTERFERENCE "Warning - This equipment has been verified to comply with tne limits for a Class B computing device, pursuant to Subpart J, of Part 1B. of FCC rules. Operation with non-certified or non-verified equipment is likely to result in interference to radio and TV reception." The equipment described in this manual generates and uses radio-frequency energy. If it is not installed and used properly, that is, in strict accordance with our instructions, it may cause interference with radio and television reception.
