Ensure that your player is NOT connected to your computer. 2. Insert the MuVo C100 CD into your CD-ROM or CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive. Your CD should start automatically. If it does not, follow the steps below: i. Start Windows Explorer. ii. On the left pane, click the My Computer icon. iii. Right-click the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive icon, and then click AutoPlay. 3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation. Creative MediaSource™ and Windows 98 SE drivers (only if applicable) will be installed on your computer. 4. If prompted, restart your computer. • Windows 98 SE users must set up the software in order for Windows 98 SE to recognize the device. • To set up the software, Windows XP and Windows 2000 users must log in as the computer administrator. Connect your player to your computer’s USB port using the supplied USB cable. 2. Launch Windows Explorer on your computer. Your player is recognized as a Removable Disk in Windows Explorer. 3. Transfer MP3, WMA, or any data files to your player using the drag-and-drop method. 4. After the transfer is complete, make sure you stop your player properly before disconnecting it from your computer. Press the Menu/Select button. The main menu is displayed. 2. Select the Music icon . 3. Select a track you want to play. The track is played back automatically. Using the Stopwatch 1. From the main menu, select the Music icon or FM Radio icon . 2. In Music or FM Radio mode, press the Menu/Select button. 3. Select the Stopwatch icon . The Lap Timing view is displayed by default. 4. Press the Play/Pause button to start the stopwatch function. 5. Press the Play/Pause button again to pause the stopwatch. 6. Press the Previous button to reset the stopwatch. Using the Countdown timer 1. In Music or FM Radio mode, press the Menu/Select button. 2. Select the Countdown icon . The Countdown view is displayed. 3. Press the Menu/Select button and select the Time Setting icon to set the amount of time that you want to count down. 4. Select the hours, minutes, and seconds. 5.
