The downloaded files are self extracting. In order to unpack the files carry out the following
procedure.
• Prepare two blank floppy disks and label them KXP6xxx Disk 1 and Disk 2 respectively.
• Insert Disk 1 into the floppy drive and double click on the first of the two files which were
downloaded i.e. P6xxx-1 (which relates to disk 1).
• The self extracting program will run and copy the files to the A: drive.
• Follow the same steps for Disk 2.

Upon completion insert Disk 1 into the floppy drive and select ‘Run’ from the Windows ‘Start
Menu’ and type in A:\setup.exe. Select OK. This will start the printer installation program.

Upon completion click Finish.

Your printer is now fully installed.
