Remove upwards. • Cool down the cooler (4) in a freezer or an ice box. The cooling temperature should be at least -18 °C. Place the cooler in the rear of the freezer. The cooler should be cooled for at least 12 hours. The time may vary according to the amount of ice cream you want to prepare. • Remove the cooler from the freezer or from the icebox.
