Facilidade de uso

-If the disc is properly frozen, its contents have turned hard all over. -If the disc is not properly frozen, you hear a crunching sound when you press the bottom of the disc with your thumbs. -If a thin film of white frost has developed on the cooling disc, remove it with a wooden or plastic spatula. Do not use metal utensils for this purpose to prevent damage. EnglisH Do not rinse the frozen cooling disc, as this cause a thick film of ice to develop on the outside of the disc right away. 5 6 8 9 Place the frozen cooling disc in the bowl of the ice-cream maker (Fig. ). Insert the front edge of the motor unit into the lid. (Fig. ) Push the motor unit downwards into the lid until it locks into place (‘click’) (Fig. ). Insert the stirrer into the hole of the motor unit (‘click’) (Fig. 5). Place the lid with motor unit on the bowl in the correct position.Turn the lid clockwise until it locks into place (‘click’) (Fig. 6). Put the mains plug in the wall socket and switch on the appliance. Always switch on the appliance before you put the ingredients in the bowl. This is necessary to prevent the ingredients from freezing onto the cooling disc right away. 10 Pour the mixture of ingredients into the ice-cream maker through the filling opening in the lid. 11 Let the ice-cream maker work until the ice cream has the right consistency. The preparation time greatly depends on the type of ice-cream mixture and the temperature of the ingredients. It takes about 40 minutes to make compact ice cream and about 20 minutes to make soft ice cream. tips -Do not switch off the appliance too early. If you switch off the appliance too soon, the ingredients freeze onto the cooling disc. This makes it impossible for the stirrer to continue rotating in case the ice cream is not ready yet. -Do not let the ice-cream maker operate too long. Switch it off as soon as you see that the ice cream starts to melt at the surface or on the sides. -It is not possible to make another batch of ice cream right away, because the cooling disc must first be properly frozen again. If you want to be able to make two batches of ice cream in a row, order an extra cooling disc. after use 1 5 To remove the lid, pull the release slide towards you (1) and turn the lid anticlockwise ( ) (Fig. ). Remove the ice cream from the bowl. Pull the stirrer out of the motor unit. (Fig. 8) Press the release button and remove the motor unit from the lid (Fig. 9). Remove the cooling disc from the bowl (Fig. 10). cleaning Always disassemble the ice-cream maker and clean its parts after use. Make sure the appliance is unplugged. Clean the lid (without the motor unit!), the stirrer and the bowl in hot water with some washing-up liquid. Clean the cooling disc in lukewarm water (max. 0°C/100°F) with some washing-up liquid. These parts are not dishwasher-proof! Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. EnglisH Never immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.
