You will be charged for shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover labor charges. Any attempt to convert this fireplace to natural gas is dangerous and will void your product warranty. Immediately call a qualified service technician to inspect the fireplace and to replace the parts of the control system and gas control which has been under water.
