Fixes
MxDB for SQL Server 3.4.3 hotfix 3 resolves the following issue:
– Defect 19763. The Registry Replicator needed to be stopped before a Virtual SQL
Server instance began its recovery procedure.
The hotfix is cumulative and includes the fixes provided with earlier MxDB for SQL
Server hotfixes:
– Defect 16397. A memory leak existed in the ADSfilter.
– Defect 16469. Microsoft SQL Service instances that were installed using a
case-sensitive collation could not be virtualized.
Prerequisites
MxDB for SQL Server 3.4.3 on a supported version of Windows Server 2003.
Installation instructions
To instal the hotfix, complete the following steps on each server:
1. Stop Matrix Server on the server. Use the Microsoft Management Console Services
snap-in or the following command:
net stop matrixserver
2. Disable the Matrix Server service on the server. Use the Microsoft Management
Console Services snap-in or the following command:
sc config matrixserver start= disabled
