• Turn the power off, eliminate the short-circuiting, then turn on the power again. Sound is not output from one of the speakers. • The speaker cord is disconnected. • The BALANCE control is set to an extreme position. • Connect it properly referring to “System connection”. 6 • Adjust the Left/Right balance. ! Speaker protection circuit When this unit’s power is turned ON with the speaker cable short-circuited, the speaker protection functions. If the standby indicator blinks (KAF-3010R) or the MUTING indicator blinks (KAF-1010) and no sound occurs, turn the power OFF, remove the short-circuit, then turn the power ON again.
