– Use a stabilizer that is larger than the size of the hoop so that the entire stabilizer can be hooped with the cloth as shown in the diagram. Lay the fabric on top of the outer frame and secure it between the inner and outer frame, and tighten the adjusting screw just enough to secure the fabric.
