The SMF (Standard MIDI File) format is one of the most common and widely compatible sequence formats used for storing sequence data. There are two variations: Format 0 and Format 1. A large number of MIDI devices are compatible with SMF Format 0, and most commercially available MIDI sequence data is provided in SMF Format 0. 12 H01 Owner’s Manual Listening to songs in the USB Flash Memory Listening to songs in the USB Flash Memory y To protect your data (write-protect switch) Even though this instrument does not have a save operation and data cannot be saved to a USB storage device, there is still a possibility of data loss caused by improper use (for example, turning the power off while loading data, etc.). Some USB flash memory devices are equipped with a write-protect switch. To prevent accidental erasure of important data saved in USB flash memory, slide the write-protect switch on the device to the “protect” position.
