The display panel shows †.‹. alternating with AA:AA. In order to empty the rinsing water and, if required, spin the laundry: Press the 0 (Spin) button repeatedly until the desired spin speed is set. The water is emptying; the washing machine is in spin cycle. The programme has ended when ‹‹‹‹ appears in the display panel. The maximum spin speed depends on the selected washing programme. If you do not wish to spin the laundry: . Set the programme selector to p (Empty). The water is emptying and the washing machine is not in spin cycle. Place the drain hose into the retainer. . Carefully unscrew the pump cover (residual water). – Clean the interior, pump cover thread and pump housing (the impeller in the detergent solution pump must be able to rotate). . Refit the pump cover and screw it on tightly. . Place the service cap in the 4 clip-in slots and secure to the housing using the lock pins. To prevent unused detergent from flowing straight into the drain during the next wash: Pour 1 litre of water into compartment II and start the Empty programme.
