This warranty extends to the Welder, the Welder’s Transformer, and Welding Cables and Welding Gun or Torch only and does not apply to any accessory items included with the product which are subject to wear from usage; the replacement or repair of these items shall be at the expense of the owner. This limited warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, subjected to careless handling, improperly packaged and damaged when returned for repair, or improperly repaired by anyone other than the factory or other authorized factory representative. The manufacturer makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and expressly excludes any implied warranty including any warranty for consequential damages.
