To cancel the horizontal mode, press the buttons once again. PRESET Use the CH+A/CH-^ buttons to select one of the following items: POSITION, REMEMBER, BAND, SWAP, FINE, SEARCH, AUTO-SEARCH. Position Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to select number of the position Remember Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to store the position number in memory (Remember - on) Band Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to select one of the following bands: MB-1, MB-2, DMB Swap Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to select number of the position to swap and press the MENU button to confirm the swap Fine Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to fine tune the position frequency Search Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to start searching of positions. When the position with strong signal level is found the color of the search indication will change. Auto-search Use the VOL+^ / VOL- ◄ buttons to start autosearching of positions, starting from 0 in turn in MB-1, MB-2, and DMB bands. When the position with strong signal level is found, the search will stop and the position will be stored in memory. Note: Selection of menu items and their adjustment can be performed by the navigation buttons on the remote control system 3. Perform auto-search Note: To ensure better reception try several location variants of the telescopic antenna. Bad quality of picture, appearance of noises is not failure symptoms. In case of weak signal while using a telescopic antenna try to connect the external antenna by means of the corresponding adapter. USB/CARD mode Your TV-set supports MS, MMC, SD memory cards and USB devices (capacity not more than 2 Gb) and plays back JPEG/MP3/WMA/VCD/AVI files. Note: Broken playback of picture is possible at flow rate more than1000 Kbit/sec. 1. Select the USB/CARD mode using the MODE button. 2. Connect the external device. The following menu will appear on the screen of your TV- set. 3. Use the ◄ / ► buttons to select PHOTO/ MUSIC/VIDEO. Press the OK button to confirm. 4. Use the ◄ / ► / A / ▼ buttons to select a folder from which you want to play back files. For MP3/WMA files: press the OK button to playback the first track. For JPEG files: select the desired file using the navigation buttons and press the OK button to view. To get a clear picture we recommend doing the following: 1. For instance, to select track 15 press once the -/- -button and then digit key 5. • While viewing JPEG files press the S.SHOW button to select picture viewing mode. • During playback or pause you can press the ◄ button to rotate 90° anticlockwise, the ► button to rotate 90° clockwise • While viewing JPEG files press the MUSIC button on the remote control or the OK/MUSIC button on the panel of your TV-set to playback MP3 files as background music, if there are such files on your device. To adjust volume level press and hold the Vol+ / Vol- buttons for more than 3 seconds. To switch off background music, press the MUSIC button on the remote control or the OK/MUSIC button on the panel of your TV-set once again. System settings menu In the USB/CARD mode press the MENU button to display system settings menu, where you can set TV system (PAL or NTSC), return to default settings (DEFAULT^RESTORE), select menu language, set picture displaying time (5, 10 or 15 seconds), and to select mix mode (Left/Right or Stereo). To move between menu items use the ◄ ► ▼A buttons, to confirm the value use the OK button. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE If you consider that there is something wrong with the unit, check possible causes in this table. Problem Possible cause No picture or sound • Check whether the net car adapter is properly connected or not. Use only the adapters supplied • Check whether the TV-set is in the standby mode or not. No picture • Check whether the position is properly selected. Perform auto-search of positions. For each new location a new position setting is needed.
