• Verify that the VCR is on. • Choose channels for the Main Picture by pressing the TV button on the Remote Control and using the numeric keypad or CH up/down button. • Choose channels for the PIP frame by pressing the VCR button on the Remote Control and using the PIP CH up/ down buttons. Note: Select SPEAKERS OFF & FIXED AUDIO OUT to control audio functions through the external amplifier. 6 . PIP FUNCTION BUTTONS PIP Function Buttons PIP (Picture-in-Picture) Button Procedure PIP FF • Press to display PIP frame. TV/VIDEO • Press while PIP frame is displayed to select desired input mode. PIP FF • Press again to cancel the PIP feature. Note: Audio is from Main Picture only. Main Picture PIP Video Source Channel Move Button Procedure • The PIP frame may be placed at any corner of the Main MOVE Picture by pressing the REW button. Each time the MOVE button is pressed, the PIP frame will move counterclockwise as illustrated. Freeze Button ENGLISH picture CH 2 PIP VIDEO 1 • Press Procedure or PIP CH # FREEZE Main TV/VCR to stop action in the Main or PIP frame. PIP Frame with Audio Notes: • Pressing FREEZE button when PIP frame is Size Button not displayed, will display a snapshot image Procedure of the main picture in the PIP frame. • Pressing FREEZE button when PIP frame is SIZE PLAY displayed, will freeze the action in the PIP • Press (when PIP frame is displayed) to choose either the large or small PIP frame.
