Insert batteries into compartment. 5. Replace battery compartment cover. 6. Replace plattorm cover onto scale. Battery Compartment /Vo/e; Your scale will operate on six “AAU 1.5 volt alkaline batteries (not included). HOW TO USE YOUR FREIGHTIVIASTER 400 SCALE 1. Place scale on a hard Hat, level surface. 2. Press the "On/Reset" swilch/pad, tocaled on the lace of the remote head, the display will show “0.0” 3. Select KG/LB swlich/pad located on the face of the remote head. 4. Place item to be weighed in the center ot the platform. 5. The weight of the item being weighed will be displayed in Metric or U.S. measurements whichever ¡s selected, fsee Mo. 3 above) 6. Fill container with items to be weighed. 5. The weight of the contents will be displayed within 3 seconds. 6. Press Tare/Re lease switch/pad agam to cancel Release tare and display gross weight. 7.
