The green light will be illuminated when the power is ‘on’. 2. Speed Control: Use the slide switch to select the speed of the air purifier. Model 30125 and 37125 1. Power Switch/Speed Control: Use the slide switch to turn the unit ‘on’ and ‘off’. Select the speed of the air purifier by sliding the switch. 2. Ionizer: To turn ‘on’ the ionizer, press the rocker switch to the ‘’ position. The green light will be illuminated when the power is ‘on’. Model 30140, 30165 Electronic Key Pad Control 1. On/Speed Control: Press this button to turn the unit ‘on’. When you press it once, the unit will be on low speed. Keep pressing the button to change speeds until you reach the speed you desire. 2. Automatic Shut-off: If you desire the air purifier to shut off automatically, you can set the timer. Press the timer button to choose the amount of time you would like the air purifier to run (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours). Press the button repeatedly to change the length of time. 3. Ionizer: Press this button to turn ‘on’ the ionizer. When the ionizer is ‘on’, the green light to the left of the button will be illuminated. 4. Check Filter: When the check filter light is illuminated, you should open the front grill and compare the filter to the check filter chart. If the filter is dark, you should replace the filter. 5. Reset: When you change the filter, press the reset button. Use the tip of a pen or pencil to press the reset button. Using Your Air Purifier 1. Remove your air purifier from the box and take it out of the clear plastic protective bag. 2. Place your HEPAtech™ Air Purification System on a firm, flat surface. 3. Before turning the Air Purifier ‘on’, you need to open the front grill and remove any protective plastic that may be surrounding the HEPAtech™ filter. Release the front grill by pulling the grill forward near the bottom of the unit. 4. The filter will be installed in the correct position. Grasp the filter and pull it forward. When you replace the filter in the unit, the white filter material should be facing outward (towards you) and the black carbon material should be hidden from view (inside the unit). 5. Replace the front grill. Lay the unit on it’s back. Locate the top tabs in the unit first, and then push the bottom of the grill into the unit until it is closed. The unit is now ready for normal operation. NOTE: The unit will not operate unless the door is placed in the correct position. 6. Plug the unit into a 120V electrical outlet.
