Insert the battery with + and - poles aligned properly 9 13 14 15 General operations Reset the unit Operating the unit for the first time or after replacing the car battery, you must reset the unit. Press EJECT button, then press the RESET button to restore the unit to the original factory settings. Power button Press the SRC/PWR button on the front panel or PWR on the RC to switch the unit on. Press it again to switch the unit off. Volume control Rotate VOL knob clockwise to increase the volume level; rotate anticlockwise to decrease the volume level. Audio settings adjustment Press MENU button shortly on the panel to enter the Menu, choose AUDIO and using UP/DOWN buttons select the mode: BASS => TREBLE => BALANCE => FADER. With LEFT/RIGHT buttons adjust each mode. - BASS/TREBLE:-7, -6, -5,......, 0, +1, +2,......+ 5, +7 - BALANCE: L07,......,R07 - FADER: L07,......,R07 Note: Adjustments to Bass and Treble will override any preset EQ (Preset Equalizer Curves). In each mode, the waiting time is about 5 seconds, and the waiting time is over, it returns to the last display mode of radio or disc playback mode. Mode selection Press the SRC/PWR button on the panel or the SOURCE button on the RC to select the mode: RADIO => USB = > SD => DVD =>TV => AUX. Mute function Press the MUTE button on the RC to cancel the sound. Press again to resume. Equalizer setting Press EQ button on the RC repeatedly to select EQ mode: NORM => ROCK => JAZZ => CLAS => POP or enter the EQ mode through the Menu setting (Audio Mode settings), press MENU button on the panel. 10 Clock display Use Menu settings (System Mode) to show the clock indication oh the display or enter clock adjustment. With LEFT/RIGHT buttons choose hours/minutes, with UP/DOWN set the right time. CLK button The display will show time after you press CLK button, the time is provided by RDS function (option). 11 Radio operations Note: RDS (Radio Data System) service availability varies with areas. Please understand if RDS service is not available in you area, the following service is not available, either. BAND selection Press the BAND button on the panel or on the RC repeatedly to select your desired radio band during RADIO mode: FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2. Auto/Manual tuning - Press and hold PREV/NEXT buttons on the panel or on the RC to choose either manual or auto search. - You also may refer to manual search using LEFT/RIGHT buttons. - Use UP/DOWN buttons on the panel to select the station that has already been stored. Auto memory store Select a band. Press APS/PLAY/PAUSE button on the panel or APS button on the RC and hold for 2 seconds to enter auto store mode.
