Our optional 30" stainless steel dual purpose Wind & Splash Guards are designed to help protect the broiling area on breezy days and evenings, while allowing the chef a full view of the grilling area. Perfect for containing splatters and splashes within the broiling area. They are easily removed for thorough cleaning. May be used with Steamer System or side-by-side with Smoke & Roast hood, or two together on 60" models. Wind & Splash Guards Tough, nickel chrome- plated steel grates provide terrific score markings, making foods look delicious, are easy to clean and helps prevent sticking. Grates Standard features include a stainless steel stand, set of four, heavy-duty stainless steel legs with casters for ease of transport.
