Transportation charges for any parts si bmitted for replacement under this warranty must be paid by the purchaser unless such return is requested by M"D PRODUCTS INC. In addition, MTD PRODUCTS INC will not be responsible for any incidental, special or cons jquential damages. Warranty on units used commercially is limited to ninety (90) days. This warranty will not apply to any part which I ias become inoperative due to normal wear, misuse, excessive use, accident, neglect, improper maintenance, alterations, modifications, or if the unit has not been operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions furni shed. This warranty does not apply to the engine or component parts thereof (refer to the engine manufacturer’s wa 'ranty). Warranty service is available through your local authorized service dealer or distributor.
