The Baby Care Cart is intended for storage only. Do not place child on top of this product. It is not designed to support the weight of a child. It is not intended to be used as a child carrier or a changing table. Never leave child unattended. Assembly Instructions: Before you begin assembly, please review the parts listed below and read the instructions completely. A Phillips-head screwdriver is required to assemble your Baby Care Cart. If you are missing parts, or need assistance assembling this item, please call (800) 344-BABY for a customer service representative. Parts Included: (See FIGURE 1) Fabric Cart Body (1) Upper Leg Segment (4) (marked on the end with a red, green, blue or black dot) Lower Leg Segment (4) (marked with corresponding red, green, blue or black dot) Metal Horizontal Tube, with Reduced End (4) Metal Horizontal Tube (4) Wooden Cross Supports (4) Self-tapping Screw (4) Machine Screw (8) Wood Screw (8) Casters (4) Storage Shelf Dowel Rods (4) Storage Shelf Supports (4) Please be sure to assemble in the order provided: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 1. Assemble Metal Horizontal Tube (See FIGURE 2) • Slide smaller reduced end of Metal Horizontal Tube with Reduced End into Metal Horizontal Tube. • Align screw hole and insert Self-taping Screw. Use Phillips-head screwdriver to fasten rods together. • Repeat for the three remaining tubes. 2. Metal Horizontal Tubes (See FIGURE 3) • Install all four assembled Metal Horizontal Tubes into front (top and bottom) and back (top and bottom) tube pockets on Fabric Cart Body. 3. Wooden Cross Supports (See FIGURE 3) • Install all Wooden Cross Supports into side tube pockets on Fabric Cart Body. 4. Cart Assembly (See FIGURE 4) a) Take Fabric Cart Body (with Metal Horizontal Tubes and Wooden Cross Supports intact) in upright position. Start at corner #1, and insert Metal Horizontal Tube into Upper Leg Segment marked with a red dot (in the highest registration hole). Fasten with Machine Screw using your Phillips-head screwdriver. b) Insert the Wooden Cross Support into the adjacent registration hole on the same Upper Leg Segment. Fasten with Wood Screw using your Phillips-head screwdriver. c) Repeat steps for the remaining 3 Upper Leg Segments as follows: • Corner # 2 use Upper Leg Segment with the green dot • Corner #3 use Upper Leg Segment with the blue dot • Corner #4 use Upper Leg Segment with the black dot 5. Leg Assembly (See FIGURE 5) a) Insert Lower Leg Segment marked with a red dot into the Upper Leg Segment marked with a corresponding red dot. Be sure to line up both dots together. b) Repeat for the remaining 3 Lower Leg Segments with corresponding Upper Leg Segment dot colors. c) Insert lower Metal Horizontal Tube into the highest registration hole, on the Lower Leg Segment. d) Insert the Wooden Cross Support into the adjacent registration hole on the same Lower Leg Segment. Fasten with Wood Screw. e) Repeat steps for the remaining 3 Lower Leg Segments 6. Caster Attachment (See FIGURE 6) a) Insert Caster into the registration hole on the bottom of the Cart’s Legs. Firmly push Caster into hole and listen for “click” to ensure a secure fit. b) Repeat for the remaining 3 Legs. c) Stand Baby Care Cart upright. 7. Adding Extra Support a) Slide one of the Storage Shelf Dowel Rods into the front tube pocket, located on all four compartment openings. b) Repeat for the remaining 3 Storage Shelf Dowel Rods. 8. Place the Shelf Support panels in any compartment that may need extra support (i.e. compartments storing lotions and powders may benefit from extra support, while compartments storing blankets may not). Il est necessaire d’avoir un tournevis a pointe cruciforme pour assembler la desserte de soins de bebe. En cas de pieces manquantes ou pour tout besoin d’assistance pour assembler cet article, priere de composer le (800) 344-BABY pour parler a un representant du service a la clientele.
