overview
This release of the document for the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) Fibre Channel Mass Storage Driver for
HP-UX 11i v3 (version B.11.31.1011) documents the initial release of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc)
bundle, which is available by restricted download only. Please contact your account manager or
HP-UX Ambassador for instructions on how to obtain this bundle.
Future releases of HP-UX 11i v3 will deliver FibrChanl-03 as a required (always-installed) product
in all Operating Environments (OEs), and will be available for unrestricted download.

The following feature is new with the B.11.31.1011 version of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) Fibre
Channel Mass Storage Driver for HP-UX 11i v3:

This is the initial release of the FibrChanl-03 (fcoc) driver.

Known problems and limitations

This release of the fcoc driver supports connection through the HP Virtual Connect FlexFabric
10Gb Module only.
•
Booting and dumping through the fcoc driver is not supported for this release.
•
This release supports HP storage only.
