NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Read all precautions and instructions in this manual before using this equipment. WARNING! Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre-existing health problems. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • This unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. Keys Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning. • Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing. Do not use this unit with bare feet, sandals, socks or stockings! • Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order. • Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit. • Service to your unit should only be performed by an authorized service representative, unless authorized and/or instructed by a Keys Fitness technician. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty. Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. A B STEP 1A Connect Rear Upright (2) to Rear Base Frame (1) with Bolt (21), Washers (28) and Nylon Lock Nut (26). STEP 1B Connect U Base Tube (5) to Front Upright (4) with Bolts (22), Washers (28) and Nylon Lock Nuts (26). Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 2 Connect Rear Upright (2) to Front Upright (4) using Cross Beam (3). Secure with Bolts (19), Washers (27) and Nylon Lock Nuts (25). Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 3 Slide Adjustable Leg Hold (7) down onto Rear Upright (2) and secure by screwing Pop Pin into Adjustable Leg Hold (7). Slide Bolt (21) into Rear Upright (2) and secure with Washers (28) and Nylon Lock Nut (26). Slide Upholstered Roller Pads (10) onto Adjustable Leg Hold (7) and secure with Roller Pad Tube Caps (12). We recommend using a rubber hammer to secure Roller Pad Tube Caps (12). Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 4 Connect Pad Support (6) to Front Upright (4) using Bolts (20), Washers (28) and Nylon Lock Nuts (26). Secure Pads (8) to Pad Support (6) with Bolts (23) and Washers (28).
