If any oral statements have been made regarding the Keating products, such statements do not constitute warranties part of the contract sale. This Limited Warranty constitutes the complete, final and exclusivestatement with regard to warranties. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS. EXCLUSIONS The warranties provided by Keating of Chicago, Inc. do not apply in the following instances: Defects arising out of or resulting from improper installation or maintenance, abuse, misuse, service personnel, or any other condition not attributable to a defect in material 1. workmanship.
