1. For access to the air filter and carburetor area, loosen the three screws holding the cylinder cover. 2. Activate chain brake. 3. Lift the front of the cylinder cover past chain brake lever. 4. Lift the back of the cylinder cover past the handle. 5. Before removing the air filter from the carburetor, blow or brush as much loose dirt and sawdust from around the carburetor and chamber as possible.
