• Support for IBM HACMP 5.4 in serial acquisition mode.
Fixes
• Fixes an installation issue that caused HACMP to fail with the following error message when at-
tempting to start up or synchronize:
cldare: Node is not running the same version of HACMP as
node . DARE functionality is supported between nodes run-
ning the same version of HACMP only.
• Fixes an issue in which an XP Cluster Extension resource fails to move from one node to another
when Pair Resync Monitor is enabled. When this occurs, XP Cluster Extension creates an ation name>.lock file, and the resource group goes into a temporary error state. This error
occurred because clxchkmon failed to remove the resource from its monitor list.
Prerequisites
• XP Continuous Access Journal Software can only be used on XP24000, XP20000, XP10000, and
XP12000 disk arrays.
• Configuring multiple storage devices on an IBM AIX system with mixed fence level or FailsafeMode
replication configurations is not supported.
