2.2.2. Surface Temperature Check 1. If available, place grill surface thermometer over each thermostat sensing probe 12" from the front edge of the griddle surface. The first sensing probe is located 6" from the left side of the griddle, additional sensing probes are every 12" to the right thereafter. 2. Heat the griddle up to the desired cooking temperature; check the surface temperature reading on the grill thermometer. If necessary, adjust the thermostats that control any area of the surface
CAUTION Only two of the four supplied casters are equipped with a locking feature. Install the griddle so that the two locking casters are at the front of the unit. The casters should be LOCKED before the unit is placed into operation. (See Figure 4). To mount the griddle to the stand, locate joining kit supplied with stand.
